Disk recovery – The solution to hard drive failure
If your computer’s hard disk is no longer spinning because the motor that turns it has burned out or the circuit control board that runs the motor has failed, the only way to recover files stored on that disk is to send the entire hard drive component off to a disk recovery service lab. Disk data recovery of a physically broken computer hard drive will cost between 500 and 1000 dollars. But, this service is only needed if your computer’s hard disk or its control board has burned out. This situation only occurs in one out of every 1000 hard drive failures.
In almost every case, hard drive failure is based on what is known as a hard drive logic crash. This is simply a situation where the files used to open your hard drive and search through the data it contains have degraded through time and suffered memory damage. Reloading Windows replaces these files and returns you hard drive to working status. But, before you reload Windows you must use disk recovery software.
